Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $9.99 on all orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery Times
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its progress from our shop to your doorstep.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, Asinine Skateboards ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding to international shipping in the future.
Packaging
Every Asinine deck is carefully inspected before shipment and packaged to help protect it during transit. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in excellent condition.
